Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We take great care in packaging and shipping our Ayurvedic products. However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product received
- Expired product received
Note: Returns are not accepted for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
2. Return Request Process

- Provide order details along with clear images/videos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will verify and approve the return request within 2-3 business days.
3. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be shipped back to our return address (details provided upon approval).
4. Refund & Replacement
- Replacement: If the issue is verified, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
- Refund: If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during a clearance sale
- Orders returned without prior approval
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
