We currently ship Ayurvedic products across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

•  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  
• Other cities & towns: 5-7 business days

4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to monitor your shipment status.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the package and product.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.

7. Return & Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened.
• If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours for a replacement.
