Return & Refund Policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns
We take great care in packaging and shipping our Ayurvedic products. However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Expired product received

Note: Returns are not accepted for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety concerns.

2. Return Request Process

  • Provide order details along with clear images/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will verify and approve the return request within 2-3 business days.

3. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be shipped back to our return address (details provided upon approval).

4. Refund & Replacement

  • Replacement: If the issue is verified, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  •  Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during a clearance sale
  •  Orders returned without prior approval

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
